A bequest to the Key
West Harry S. Truman Foundation, Inc. in your will
or estate plan ensures not only preserving the Harry S. Truman Little
White House and Gardens, but also enabling our educational outreach
to educate citizens, schoolchildren and international visitors about
the emergence of the modern presidency, America becoming a super-power
and our response to the Cold War. The impact of Harry Truman's presidency
with his outstanding character and leadership continues to inform and inspire
future generations. Events that happened in Key West, Florida were of global
importance.
Below is language that we suggest using in your estate planning document.

"I give, devise and bequeath to the Key West
Harry S. Truman Foundation,
Inc. ( Federal tax identification number 75-2979668 ), a non-profit
organization with principal offices located at 111 Front Street in Key
West, Florida, ____% of the rest and residue of my estate, to be used
for its general uses and purposes."
